Develop a persuasive response to the following statement:
Despite being described as a coming of age novel, Peter Goldsworthy's novel, Maestro constructs a representation of growing up that cannot relate to female readers due to its focus on the male voice.
Your response should read in a similar fashion to an essay in the way you construct it, i.e. clear thesis statement, introduction, main body paragraphs with concise topic sentences and conclusion. However, as well as this you need to be making an active effort to use persuasive techniques too.
